I'm Cale, an award-winning entrepreneur and co-founder of Bare, one of Australia's largest end-of-life care providers.

Since launching Bare in 2019, I've collaborated with healthcare professionals across Australia— from doctors and nurses, to carers and administrators. Throughout this time I've been repeatedly blown away by their resilience, ingenuity and unwavering sense to care. Growing up in a family of healthcare workers, I was already familiar with their stories of commitment and courage, but working closely with these professionals has really driven home how as a society we don’t often talk about these amazing stories.

This realization sparked the creation of "Grin + Bare It," a podcast designed to bring these extraordinary stories into the spotlight and elevate the profiles of individuals who, in many instances, perform miracles.

Currently available as a limited series, we are eager to expand this initiative to connect with more remarkable individuals in the healthcare sector and continue sharing their inspiring stories with the world.
